To recognize exceptional performance in the US startup scene, we have created the US Venture News Award. This rolling award is given to companies that have demonstrated exceptional performance in one or more of the following categories:
Innovation Award
Our innovation award recognizes companies that are pushing the boundaries of their industry. This may include companies that are developing new and innovative products or services, or companies that are using technology in a new and innovative way to solve existing problems.
Growth Award
Our growth award recognizes companies that have demonstrated exceptional growth over a defined period. This may include revenue growth, user growth, or other metrics that demonstrate the company’s success. We also consider the growth strategy that these companies have employed to achieve their success, and how sustainable their growth is over the long term.
Management Award
Our management award recognizes companies with exceptional leadership teams. This may include companies that have a track record of successful leadership, a strong company culture, or other factors that contribute to their success. We look for companies that have a clear vision for the future, and that are executing on that vision in a way that drives growth and success.
Societal Impact Award
Our societal impact award recognizes companies that are making a positive impact on society. This may include companies that are addressing social or environmental issues, promoting diversity and inclusion, or otherwise making a positive contribution to the world. We believe that companies have a responsibility to use their resources and platform to make the world a better place, and we are proud to recognize those that are doing so.
Methodology – How We Choose Our Award Winners
At US Venture News, we are committed to recognizing exceptional performance in the US startup scene. To choose our award winners, we use a rigorous methodology that evaluates companies on a variety of factors, including innovation, growth, management, and societal impact. Below, we explain how we evaluate companies in each of these categories.
Innovation Category
Our innovation award recognizes companies that are pushing the boundaries of their industry. To evaluate a company’s innovation, we consider a variety of factors, as shown in Table 1.

Growth Category
Our growth award recognizes companies that have demonstrated exceptional growth over a defined period. To evaluate a company’s growth, we consider a variety of factors, as shown in Table 2.

Our management award recognizes companies with exceptional leadership teams. To evaluate a company’s management, we consider a variety of factors, as shown in Table 3.

Societal Impact Category
Our societal impact award recognizes companies that are making a positive impact on society. To evaluate a company’s societal impact, we consider a variety of factors, as shown in Table 4.

Final Selection
After evaluating companies in each of these categories, we identify the companies that have demonstrated exceptional performance across one or more of these areas. Our team then conducts additional research to validate our initial findings and to ensure that we are recognizing the most deserving companies. Once we have selected our award winners, we announce them on our website and share the news with our community.
